How the agents collaborate around this hub. Each agent has a lane; the hub is the shared brain.
Pages marked Locked are decisions or facts agents must not contradict (e.g., the founding_up identity-intervention positioning, registered SAM status, NAICS list, OTA / Phoenix Group partnership, ED Talent Marketplace Priority). Pages marked Living accept appends from agents (Watchlist, Action Plan, Glossary, Changelog).
When an agent finds a new program, opportunity, or contact, it adds a row or card with its name + date in the source field. Do not restructure existing tables. If a fact in a locked section is wrong, flag it in the Changelog (on the Hub) and surface it to Dan rather than silently overwriting.
Every program entry must show its administering office, authority (statute or program of record), and primary URL (sam.gov, grants.gov, agency portal, or program homepage). No anonymous claims.
Daily news/signals scan. When a federal hint appears (new program, RFI, agency speech), append a brief row to the Watchlist with scouting status and a one-line note in the Hub Changelog.
Ranked daily list of pursuable opportunities. Reads existing Watchlist, dedupes, scores by fit + probability, escalates top 3 to Dan.
Maps people to opportunities. When a Watchlist row gains a CO name, program officer, or potential prime, append the contact into the row's "Owner" or notes.
Conferences, industry days, sources-sought briefings. Append events near our lanes (DoD SBIR cohorts, ED grantee convenings, EDA tech hubs) as new section if recurring.
Sunday weekly deep scan. Refreshes Locked sections if a fact has materially changed (e.g., new EIR competition cycle published). Proposes the change in the Changelog rather than overwriting silently.
Daily agenda assembler. When the Watchlist has a deadline within 14 days, surfaces it onto the Daily Agenda CW with a "federal opp" tag.
No agent submits anything on behalf of founding_up without Dan's review. This hub captures intelligence and proposes action — Dan decides the next move. Same rule as the Daily Command Center: never execute a task without Dan reviewing the plan first.
